Job Summary

Handle end-to-end recruitment, plant workforce onboarding, attendance records, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, local walk-ins, and campus drives
• Conduct preliminary interview screenings and coordinate manager interviews
• Maintain attendance logs, leave balances, and prepare monthly payroll inputs
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and industrial welfare safety

Job Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in HR recruitment or operations (Freshers welcomed)
• Strong organization skills and knowledge of basic labor laws
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
